Paulinia Robots Gets Win over Sorocaba Wild Mules, Rises to 6th Place

Paulinia Robots defeated Sorocaba Wild Mules 122.82 to 114.60 for their second win in as many head-to-head matchups. Their overall record goes to 7-7, while Sorocaba Wild Mules drops to 8-6. Paulinia Robots continues their dominance in the series, improving to 6-2 against Sorocaba Wild Mules. Tyler Lockett (142 Rec Yds, 1 TD) was the key player this week, grabbing 27.20 points. The Seattle WR continues to be a nice fourth-round pick for Paulinia Robots and has played like a top-tier wide receiver. It could have gone the other way had Sorocaba Wild Mules not had a starter score zero points (Austin Walter).

Aaron Jones probably deserved more touches for Sorocaba Wild Mules, as he put up a whopping 65 total yards on just eight touches.

Since Lockett was the high scorer for Paulinia Robots, it means that a different player has now led the team in each of the past six weeks. With 20.80 points, Nyheim Hines paced the squad in Week 9, while Tyreek Hill (27.50 points) was team-leader in Week 10 and D’Andre Swift (22.60 points) led the way in Week 11. Antonio Gibson (23.60 points) was tops in Week 12 and Kyler Murray (30.82 points) led in Week 13.

Indaiatuba Riders remains unbeaten in two matchups against Indaiatuba Pats, and they just squeak by this time 126.92 to 126.62. They improve to 10-4, while Indaiatuba Pats slips to 6-8. George Kittle racked up 151 yards and was the difference this week, getting 34.10 points for Indaiatuba Riders. After his phenomenal outing, the San Francisco TE has shifted into the top five for tight ends, putting up 16.81 points per game.

There were two starters that missed out on opportunities for Indaiatuba Pats. Even though Justin Jefferson and K.J. Osborn saw a total of 24 combined targets, they were able to reel in just 10 catches between them.

Kittle has now led Indaiatuba Riders in scoring in consecutive weeks.

Barao Butchers Finishes Strong Against Amparo Bikers, Climbs to 4th Place

This week’s two highest-scoring teams met in an epic battle as Barao Butchers came back to beat Amparo Bikers 141.62 to 129.52. This is the fourth-most a team has scored this season without getting the victory. The loss drops Amparo Bikers to 8th (7-7) in the standings. Barao Butchers (8-6) is in fourth place, averaging 116.98 points per game. With the win, Barao Butchers clinches a playoff berth this week. Amparo Bikers actually finished with more total touchdowns (7 to 6), despite the final tally on the scoreboard. James Conner (31 Rsh Yds, 94 Rec Yds, 2 TD) got 33.50 points and Hunter Renfrow (117 Rec Yds, 1 TD) scored 28.70 points, exceeding their projections by 179.4% and 82.1%, respectively. Josh Allen (308 Pas Yds, 109 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD/1 Int, 1 Rsh TD) registered the highest score of the week (35.22) and the Dallas Cowboys DEF scored 20.00 points for Amparo Bikers.

While Diontae Johnson led Barao Butchers in Week 13 with 30.50 points, Conner paved the way this week with 33.50.

Sorocaba Steelers Beats Limeira Dead Rabbits, Relieves Them from 1st Place

Sorocaba Steelers (5-9, 1,399.82 points) beat Limeira Dead Rabbits (10-4, 1,613.22 points) 107.52 to 93.80. They were led by Ben Roethlisberger with 24.82 points off of 308 passing yards and Saquon Barkley (64 Rsh Yds, 31 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD), who scored 18.50. Sorocaba Steelers came into the Sunday games already in front 42.32 to 2.00. That advantage slipped away after the early Sunday games and they trailed by 3.68. Sorocaba Steelers took the lead back during Sunday’s late afternoon games and held on for the victory.

There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but didn’t capitalize on opportunities. On the winning side, Cordarrelle Patterson got 18 touches but only tallied 59 total yards, while Chuba Hubbard managed just 33 yards on 10 touches for Limeira Dead Rabbits.

While Jaylen Waddle led Sorocaba Steelers in Week 12 (with 28.70 points) and Tee Higgins last week (28.80 points), Roethlisberger has now been the team’s leading point-getter twice in the last four matches.

Rio Claro Farmers Grinds Out Victory over Campinas Giants, Takes Career Series Lead 7-5

Rio Claro Farmers got 34.10 points from Davante Adams (121 Rec Yds, 2 TD) and 21.10 from Mike Evans (91 Rec Yds, 1 TD), sneaking by Campinas Giants 118.02 to 113.88. Rio Claro Farmers took a 6.00-point lead on Thursday and never looked back. This tight win was revenge for a loss to Campinas Giants in their last meeting a season ago. Campinas Giants (6-8, 1,397.66 points) drops to 11th place and Rio Claro Farmers (7-7, 1,594.00 points) remains in seventh place.

Devin Singletary really deserved more touches for Campinas Giants, as he put up a whopping 89 total yards on just 10 touches.

While Josh Jacobs led Rio Claro Farmers in Weeks 12 and 13, Adams has now been the team’s high point-getter in three of the past five matches.

London Knights Gets Win over Goncalves Miners, Makes It Four in a Row

Goncalves Miners had a rough outing this week and fell to London Knights 108.38 to 67.44. London Knights finally captures a win over Goncalves Miners after losing the first three games of the series. David Montgomery led Goncalves Miners with 14.10 points (42 Rsh Yds, 39 Rec Yds) while Kirk Cousins racked up 14.04 (216 Pas Yds, 2 TD/2 Int). London Knights started two players with zero points while Goncalves Miners served up three goose eggs, meaning both teams left points off the scoreboard. London Knights (6-8, 1,651.06 points) remains in 12th place and Goncalves Miners (3-11, 1,395.06 points) stays locked in last place.

Nick Chubb had plenty of chances for London Knights, but he logged just 65 total yards on 20 touches.

While Jonathan Taylor led London Knights in Week 13 with 24.30 points, Andrews paved the way this week with 28.50.

Limeira Jetsons Rallies Against Indaiatuba Blues, Goes to 2-0 Against Them

Limeira Jetsons stays undefeated on the year in two matchups against Indaiatuba Blues with a 111.74 to 98.84 victory. Their overall record goes to 9-5, while Indaiatuba Blues falls to 6-8. The historical series between these two teams has been back and forth with Indaiatuba Blues owning the 3-2 lead over Limeira Jetsons. Aaron Rodgers passed for four touchdowns and was the reason for the win, getting 29.64 points for Limeira Jetsons. Coming off his outstanding performance, Rodgers is now a top-10 fantasy player this season, contributing 21.25 points per game.
