Paulinia Robots Pounds Rio Claro Farmers to Claim League’s Top Spot

Paulinia Robots (4-1, 609.00 points) swaps first place in the league with Rio Claro Farmers (4-1, 612.62 points), thrashing them 146.28 to 95.96. They also put up the second-highest point total this week. Paulinia Robots took a 32.98-point lead on Thursday and remained in front for the rest of the matchup. Paulinia Robots is now coming out on top with regularity after winning their fourth straight.

Mixon had plenty of opportunities for Rio Claro Farmers, but could only manage 94 total yards on 29 touches.

Sorocaba Wild Mules Waxes Goncalves Miners, Moves Up to 9th Place

Sorocaba Wild Mules pummeled Goncalves Miners 141.72 to 79.78 while putting up the highest score they’ve earned all season. Goncalves Miners has lost their third straight matchup. Even though these teams are tied for ninth place with matching 2-3 records, Sorocaba Wild Mules has a solid lead in points, 552.84 to 438.90.

In addition to the fantasy victory, Sorocaba Wild Mules was savvy enough to select winners in real-life football, as well. Among all of their starters, Brandon Aubrey is the only one whose NFL team lost in Week 5.

Indaiatuba Riders Comes Back on Indaiatuba Blues, Moves Up to 6th Place

Indaiatuba Riders was clutch with 45.90 points on Sunday Night Football (38% of their total score) to seal the comeback against Indaiatuba Blues 120.04 to 98.82. Indaiatuba Riders was led by George Kittle (67 Rec Yds, 3 TD). Kittle scored three touchdowns and contributed 27.70 points to the total. Indaiatuba Riders (3-2, 597.78 points) climbs into sixth place, while Indaiatuba Blues (0-5, 453.76 points) stays locked in the cellar.

Khalil Herbert really deserved more touches for Indaiatuba Blues, as he put up a whopping 76 total yards on just 10 touches.

Next week, Indaiatuba Riders gets Campinas Giants (4-1, 570.18), while Indaiatuba Blues faces Sorocaba Steelers (0-5, 533.16).

Limeira Jetsons Wins Against Amparo Bikers, Moves Up to 8th Place

Limeira Jetsons defeated Amparo Bikers 119.96 to 103.74, led by Travis Etienne, who registered the third-highest score by a player this week with 36.40 points. Limeira Jetsons took a 14.52-point lead on Sunday afternoon and never looked back. Amparo Bikers has lost their third straight matchup. With Darnell Mooney delivering zero points for Limeira Jetsons, the outcome could have been worse. Limeira Jetsons (3-2, 541.06 points) climbs into eighth place and Amparo Bikers (1-4, 519.48 points) drops to 12th place.

Next week, Limeira Jetsons matches up against Rio Claro Farmers (4-1, 612.62), who puts up a league-leading 122.52 points per game. Amparo Bikers plays Goncalves Miners (2-3, 438.90).

London Knights Tramples Sorocaba Steelers to Move into 5th Place

London Knights (3-2, 606.58 points) put up the highest point total this season cruising past Sorocaba Steelers (0-5, 533.16 points) 175.12 to 104.66 in a back-and-forth matchup. London Knights came into the Sunday games already in front 48.00 to 15.20. DJ Moore played a big role in the fast start with a great game during the Bears/Commanders Thursday night game. That advantage disappeared by the end of the early Sunday games and they trailed by 10.36. However, following the late Sunday games, London Knights regained the lead for good.

On London Knights, the Washington Commanders DEF wasn’t just the one defense to tally a negative score; they represented the lone fantasy starter throughout the entire league in the red. Matt Breida had lots of opportunities for London Knights, but posted just 24 total yards on 10 touches.

London Knights was on point with their wideouts, as they started the two best WRs in the league this week (a grand total of 38 were started).

London Knights faces league-leader Paulinia Robots (4-1, 609.00) next week. Sorocaba Steelers takes on Indaiatuba Blues (0-5, 453.76), who sits in last place.

Campinas Giants Gets Past Indaiatuba Pats, Streak Now at Four

Campinas Giants took advantage of 18.74 points from Russell Wilson (196 Pas Yds, 49 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) and 18.70 from Alvin Kamara (80 Rsh Yds, 1 TD), edging Indaiatuba Pats 87.64 to 87.08. Campinas Giants has built consistency after winning their fourth straight. This is the third straight week Indaiatuba Pats has scored less than their previous week’s point total. They got 118.02 points two weeks ago, 116.06 last week, and 87.08 points this week. Things could have been different had Indaiatuba Pats not had a starter score zero points (Amon-Ra St. Brown). Indaiatuba Pats (3-2, 581.86 points) drops to seventh place and Campinas Giants (4-1, 570.18 points) remains in third place.

James Conner really deserved more touches for Campinas Giants, as he put up a whopping 46 total yards on just six touches.

Campinas Giants squares off against Indaiatuba Riders (3-2, 597.78) next week, while Indaiatuba Pats matches up with Barao Butchers (4-1, 561.92).

Barao Butchers Comes Back on Limeira Dead Rabbits for 3rd Consecutive Win

Barao Butchers got 26.08 points from Brock Purdy (252 Pas Yds, 4 TD) and 22.00 from Gabe Davis (100 Rec Yds, 1 TD), defeating Limeira Dead Rabbits 118.28 to 90.96. Barao Butchers came into the Sunday night game facing an 8.56-point deficit, but scored 37.58 for the comeback victory. Barao Butchers was clutch late with 37.58 points on Sunday Night Football (32% of their final score). Barao Butchers has some momentum and is on a three-game winning streak. Barao Butchers (4-1, 561.92 points) climbs into fourth place and Limeira Dead Rabbits (2-3, 522.68 points) drops to 10th place.

Najee Harris had plenty of chances for Barao Butchers, but he logged just 40 total yards on 15 touches.

In Week 6, Barao Butchers plays Indaiatuba Pats (3-2, 581.86), while Limeira Dead Rabbits gets Sorocaba Wild Mules (2-3, 552.84).
