The three-headed monster of George Pickens, De’Von Achane, and D’Andre Swift led the way, as Sorocaba Wild Mules overwhelmed Niners BH 160.78 to 100.48. That threesome teamed up to score 88.30 points, clearly outperforming Patrick Mahomes, Ashton Jeanty, and Cooper Kupp (60.08 combined points), the top three on Niners BH. Pickens racked up 168 yards, accounting for 31.80 points (168 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Achane put up two touchdowns to contribute 31.00 points (128 Rsh Yds, 2 TD), while Swift pitched in 25.50 points (108 Rsh Yds, 67 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). Pickens also recorded the highest point total of the week at his position, with Achane tallying his highest point total of the season. With 160.78 points, Sorocaba Wild Mules had the best total in the league this week. Sorocaba Wild Mules (3-3, 680.24 points) climbs into 10th place, while Niners BH (1-5, 573.86 points) drops to 14th place.

Jeanty had plenty of opportunities for Niners BH, but could only manage 86 total yards on 25 touches.

While Ka’imi Fairbairn led Sorocaba Wild Mules matches (with 18.00 points), Pickens has now been the team’s leading scorer in two of the last three weeks.

Campinas Giants Comes from Behind to Edge Indaiatuba Riders, Tacks On 6th Consecutive Win

Down 16.08 on Monday night, Campinas Giants came back to edge Indaiatuba Riders 82.10 to 81.48. Campinas Giants took advantage of 25.10 points from Ja’Marr Chase (94 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Indaiatuba Riders just doesn’t have what it takes to beat Campinas Giants, who extended their career unbeaten streak to four games in the series. Brian Thomas Jr. led Indaiatuba Riders with 23.00 points (90 Rec Yds, 1 TD) while Chris Olave racked up 15.80 (98 Rec Yds). It could have gone the other way had Indaiatuba Riders not had two starters score zero points (Cam Little and Dalton Kincaid). Campinas Giants (6-0, 713.92 points) falls to third place and Indaiatuba Riders (1-5, 608.96 points) drops to 13th place.

There were a few players in this matchup that had plenty of chances but missed out on opportunities. On the losing side, Kenneth Walker III and Rhamondre Stevenson got 24 total touches but only tallied 55 all-purpose yards between them. For Campinas Giants, J.K. Dobbins managed just 40 yards on 14 touches.

Chase has now led Campinas Giants in scoring in back-to-back weeks, and for three of the last five. Also, with 12 targets this week for Chase, it means that his targets have now increased in three consecutive games.

Amparo Bikers Pounds Holambra Dutch, Climbs to 12th Place

Amparo Bikers (1-5, 710.26 points) recorded the second-highest point total in the league this week, dismantling Holambra Dutch (0-6, 497.72 points) 130.44 to 66.84 in a back-and-forth struggle. Amparo Bikers was first to put points on the board and went into Sunday with a 29.30 to 0.00 lead. That advantage evaporated by the end of the early Sunday games and they trailed by 2.44. Amparo Bikers reclaimed the lead during Sunday’s late afternoon games with the help of 19.64 points from Baker Mayfield. They would maintain the lead for the remainder of the matchup.

Bhayshul Tuten ultimately deserved more touches for Holambra Dutch, as he put up a whopping 28 total yards on just four touches.

While Javonte Williams led Amparo Bikers weeks (with 26.90 points), London has now been the team’s top scorer in two of the past three matches.

Amparo Bikers plays Niners BH (1-5, 573.86) in Week 7, while Holambra Dutch faces Rio Claro Farmers (4-2, 683.98).

Indaiatuba Blues Comes from Behind to Squeak By Sorocaba Steelers, Claims 4th Place

Indaiatuba Blues had an excellent primetime performance with 27.10 points on Sunday Night Football and 21.88 on Monday (a combined 46% of their total score) to slip by Sorocaba Steelers 107.58 to 105.36. The late heroics were a bit unexpected, since they were projected to put up just 23.18 points on Sunday night and only 15.13 on Monday. Indaiatuba Blues was led by Cam Skattebo (98 Rsh Yds, 3 TD). Skattebo scored three touchdowns and contributed 31.00 points in the narrow victory. With the San Francisco 49ers DEF delivering zero points for Indaiatuba Blues, the margin could have been larger. The 2.22-point win represented the third-tightest in the league this year, as well. Indaiatuba Blues (5-1, 623.20 points) climbs into fourth place, while Sorocaba Steelers (3-3, 609.66 points) stays in eighth place.

There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but left some points out on the field. On the winning side, Breece Hall got 22 touches but only tallied 59 total yards, while Quinshon Judkins managed just 36 yards on 12 touches for Sorocaba Steelers.

Since Skattebo was the top point-getter for Indaiatuba Blues, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 29.12 points, Caleb Williams paced the squad in Week 3, while Justin Jefferson (22.60 points) was tops in Week 4 and Sam Darnold (27.64 points) last week.

Next week, Indaiatuba Blues will meet London Knights (3-3, 606.86). Sorocaba Steelers takes on Campinas Giants (6-0, 713.92), who is averaging a strong 118.99 points per game.

Rio Claro Farmers Pulls Off Comeback over Limeira Jetsons to Capture 5th Place

Rio Claro Farmers (4-2, 683.98 points) got the highest individual player score this season from Bijan Robinson (170 Rsh Yds, 68 Rec Yds, 1 TD) to defeat Limeira Jetsons (2-4, 684.84 points) 112.42 to 83.30 in a back-and-forth struggle. Rio Claro Farmers scored first and went into Sunday leading 20.62 to 0.00. The lead was lost by the end of the Lions/Chiefs Sunday night game and Limeira Jetsons had an 83.30 to 76.62 edge. However, Rio Claro Farmers emerged victorious with a comeback on Monday night.

There was one starter on Rio Claro Farmers that left points out on the field. Even though Garrett Wilson saw a total of eight targets, he reeled in just three catches.

While Jalen Hurts led Rio Claro Farmers in Weeks 3 and 5, Robinson has now been the team’s high point-getter in four of the last six weeks.

Next week, Rio Claro Farmers faces Holambra Dutch (0-6, 497.72), the last-place team in the league. Limeira Jetsons gets league-leader Paulinia Robots (6-0, 764.52).

BroncosLoucura Beats Limeira Dead Rabbits, Moves to 7th Place

BroncosLoucura beat Limeira Dead Rabbits 127.04 to 92.86 and put up the highest point total they’ve scored all season. BroncosLoucura took an 8.70-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. BroncosLoucura played better than expected and put up 22.0% more than their projected 104.09 points, while Limeira Dead Rabbits fell short of expectations and got just 87.0% of their projected 106.76. BroncosLoucura (3-3, 655.84 points) climbs into seventh place and Limeira Dead Rabbits (4-2, 712.12 points) drops to sixth place.

Zach Charbonnet had plenty of chances for BroncosLoucura, but he logged just 37 total yards on 13 touches.

Dowdle has now led BroncosLoucura in scoring in back-to-back weeks.

Next week, BroncosLoucura faces Indaiatuba Pats (6-0, 741.00), who puts up a solid 123.50 points per game. Limeira Dead Rabbits plays Indaiatuba Riders (1-5, 608.96).

The contribution of Josh Jacobs made a decisive impact, as Indaiatuba Pats beat Barao Butchers 116.72 to 96.86. Jacobs heated up for 32.00 points in a 19.86-point triumph for Indaiatuba Pats. He scored two touchdowns as part of his showcase performance (93 Rsh Yds, 57 Rec Yds, 2 TD). He also recorded the third-highest point total in the league this week. Indaiatuba Pats (6-0, 741.00 points) climbs into second place, while Barao Butchers (0-6, 516.48 points) steps into 15th place.

There were two players that failed to capitalize on opportunities for Indaiatuba Pats. Even though DK Metcalf and Davante Adams saw a total of 18 combined targets, they were able to reel in just eight catches between them.

The high scorer for Indaiatuba Pats has flip-flopped the last few matches. Christian McCaffrey led the team with 24.00 points in Week 3 and 27.90 points weeks, while Jacobs led the way in Week 4 (with 31.70 points) and then again this week.
